Description

This creamy and spicy Buffalo Chicken Dip is the ultimate crowd-pleaser for game days, parties, or casual gatherings. Loaded with shredded chicken, hot sauce, cheese, and ranch or blue cheese dressing, it’s baked until bubbly and golden.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)
  • Tortilla chips, crackers, or celery sticks for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, hot sauce, and ranch or blue cheese dressing until smooth.
  3. Stir in shredded chicken, garlic powder, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Spread mixture evenly into a baking dish (8×8 inch or similar size).
  5. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and crumbled blue cheese, if using.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven and garnish with chopped green onions.
  8. Serve warm with chips, crackers, or celery sticks.

Notes

  • You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Adjust the amount of hot sauce to your spice preference.
  • This dip can also be made in a slow cooker on low for 2–3 hours.
