Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
  2. Using a sharp knife, create a pocket in each chicken breast by slicing through the center without cutting all the way through. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl, combine steamed and finely chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the broccoli mixture. Secure the openings with toothpicks if necessary.
  5. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Brown each stuffed chicken breast for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
