Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
 - Using a sharp knife, create a pocket in each chicken breast by slicing through the center without cutting all the way through. Set aside.
 - In a bowl, combine steamed and finely chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
 - Stuff each chicken breast with the broccoli mixture. Secure the openings with toothpicks if necessary.
 - In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Brown each stuffed chicken breast for 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
 - Transfer the chicken to the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F or 75°C) and the filling is bubbly.
 - Let the chicken rest for a few minutes. Garnish with paprika and parsley before serving.
