Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - Salt and pepper, to taste
 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
 - 1 cup broccoli florets, finely chopped
 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 - 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
 - Toothpicks (for securing)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - In a bowl, mix chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
 - Slice a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
 - Stuff the broccoli cheese mixture into each chicken breast and secure with toothpicks.
 - Season the outside of the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
 - Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
 - Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
 - Let rest for 5 minutes, remove toothpicks, and serve warm.

- Use steamed or microwaved broccoli for a softer texture.
 - Swap cheddar for mozzarella or Swiss cheese if preferred.
 - Secure the filling well to prevent cheese from leaking out.
