Description
A deconstructed burger bowl inspired by the classic Big Mac. Juicy ground beef, crisp lettuce, cheddar cheese, pickles, and a creamy “special sauce” dressing — all the flavor without the bun!
Ingredients
For the Salad:
- 1 lb ground beef
 - 1 tsp garlic powder
 - 1 tsp onion powder
 - Salt & black pepper, to taste
 - 6 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 - 1/2 cup dill pickles, chopped
 - 1/2 cup diced onions
 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
 - 1/4 cup sesame seeds (optional garnish)

For the Big Mac Sauce Dressing:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
 - 2 tbsp ketchup
 - 2 tbsp yellow mustard
 - 2 tbsp dill pickle relish
 - 1 tsp white vinegar
 - 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions
- Cook the Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside to cool slightly.
 - Make the Big Mac Sauce Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, vinegar, and smoked paprika until creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
 - Assemble the Salads: In bowls, start with a bed of lettuce, then top with ground beef, cheddar cheese, pickles, onions, and tomatoes if using.
 - Drizzle with Dressing: Generously drizzle the salads with Big Mac sauce dressing.
 - Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with sesame seeds for an authentic “burger bun” touch. Serve immediately.

Notes
- Great for meal prep — store beef, lettuce, and dressing separately and assemble before eating.
 - Make it keto/low-carb by using sugar-free ketchup.
 - Add avocado slices for extra creaminess.
