Ingredients
Chicken:
- 4 chicken breasts, butterflied
Asparagus Filling:
- 12 asparagus spears, trimmed
- 1 cup mozzarella, shredded
Seasoning:
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Prepare Chicken: Fill each butterflied chicken breast with 3 asparagus spears and a generous amount of shredded mozzarella. Secure the fillings with toothpicks.
- Season: Season the outside of the chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Bake: Bake the stuffed chicken breasts in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the chicken is cooked through.
