Description
Crispy, juicy air fryer chicken thighs seasoned to perfection. A quick and easy weeknight dinner ready in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients
- 
4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
 - 
2 tbsp olive oil
 - 
1 tsp garlic powder
 - 
1 tsp onion powder
 - 
1 tsp smoked paprika
 - 
½ tsp dried thyme
 - 
½ tsp salt
 - ½ tsp black pepper
 
Instructions
- 
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
 - 
Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
 - 
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
 - 
Rub seasoning mixture evenly over chicken thighs.
 - 
Place chicken thighs skin-side down in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
 - 
Cook for 12 minutes, flip, and cook for another 10–12 minutes until skin is crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
 - Remove and rest for 5 minutes before serving
 
Notes
- 
Boneless, skinless thighs work too—reduce cook time by about 5 minutes.
 - 
For extra crispiness, spray chicken lightly with cooking spray before air frying.
 - Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
